Sam Graves discovers that being the new hall monitor is scarier than he ever imagined—because his school is alive!
With hallways that try to trap him and doors that slam shut on their own, Sam must team up with his friends to uncover the school’s dark secrets and find a way to fight back.
Packed with spooky fun, fast-paced action, and just-right scares, it’s the perfect adventure for young readers who love a good thrill.
“Readers who relish the action of Dav Pilkey’s Ricky Ricotta series and the just-beyond-safe scares of R. L. Stine’s Rotten School titles may want to enroll at Eerie Elementary”
“Word choice, action, and crisp sketches support the story, allowing early readers to develop ideas and easily follow the plot.”
“Give this early chapter book to readers who want something scary but aren’t ready for the ‘Goosebumps’ or ‘Scream Street’ series.”
I loved it, especially how well written it was.
Our 7 year old grandson couldn’t put it down, which is saying a lot, because he normally has only two speeds 150mph or totally asleep, but these books keep him in one place and totally focused.
A friend of mine has a 5th grade student with dyslexia, and this book is the first that she’s really read and discovered just how much fun reading can be!
