Ice King stood at the window of his castle.
“I HATE Christmas,” he cried out. “What a miserable hassle!
People celebrating, dancing and stuff!
To them all I say, ‘Bah! Hum butt!!!’”
Adventure Time takes on Charles Dickens’s A Christmas Carol in this beautifully envisioned deluxe jacket picture book. This is the perfect holiday gift for all Adventure Time fans.
“this story is fantastic! Ice King fits in well as Scrooge (poor little gunters… anyways) even if you know nothing about ADVENTURE TIME. That being said, the book is aesthetically pleasing. it is beautifully illustrated and hardcover (my favorite kind of book) [with a sleeve]. I would say this book makes a great bedtime story anytime of the year for children or adults. the only thing I would add to it would be POP-UPS! who doesn’t love pop-up books?”
“I bought this to read to my kids before Christmas. I myself LOVE Adventure Time. It’s one of the few kids shows I can stand on TV.
This book is beautifully illustrated. And the writing is in sync with A Christmas Carol.
I only wish I could do the voice impersonations better. Not that the kids noticed because they were all trying to say it in the voices themselves. 😆”
